Delete your EquipHours account

You can request deletion of your EquipHours account and the data that goes with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@equiphours.com with the subject line "Delete my account", sent from the email address your EquipHours account is registered under. That's it — no form, no phone call.

What gets deleted

Your user account and login credentials; if you are the company owner, your company workspace including all equipment records, service intervals, maintenance logs, notes, and uploaded photos (equipment and receipt images); crew member accounts attached to a deleted company; and push notification tokens.

What we keep, and why

Billing and payment records required for tax and accounting law are retained per our payment processor's (Stripe) retention obligations. Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics that do not identify you may also be retained.

Timing

Deletion requests are confirmed by reply email and completed within 30 days. Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of deletion — you will not be billed again.

Crew members

If you are a crew member (not the owner), only your user account is deleted; your past maintenance log entries remain in the company's records attributed to a deactivated user, since they are part of your employer's equipment history.
