You are responsible for maintaining accurate equipment records, protecting account access, and ensuring users follow your company's maintenance process.

No mechanical advice

EquipHours helps track records and reminders. It does not replace operator manuals, manufacturer service requirements, inspections, warranty terms, or professional mechanical judgment.

Subscriptions

Plan limits are based on machine count. Billing details may be handled by a payment provider when paid plans are enabled.

Uploads and data

You retain responsibility for photos, receipts, notes, and other content uploaded by your users. Do not upload unlawful, sensitive, or unrelated material.
